It's a parts van now... I can pretty much guarantee the actual condition is a lot worse than it looks.
A short term repair is expensive and pretty pointless... a long term repair is VERY expensive and cost prohibitive. IMO you are better off selling/keeping it for parts and starting over with another van.

Totally agree with @sk66 on this one, I've seen some "short term" repairs and they're terrifying and don't actually help, just make it look safer and cost you money. That rust creeps all through the frame so even the parts that aren't fully gone are going to be significantly thinner and weaker which is just as unsafe.
