Finding parts

I'm looking to replace my timing belt, I was following the part finding guide but I'm not sure if I should be looking up the first part number or the 'replacement'. The first one NAPA has that's pretty cheap, but the auto identifier says it doesn't fit a Delica. The second number can only be gotten from overseas with huge shipping costs.
