I have a 95 SWB Chamonix that's in good condition except for having the front frame rust problem. I'm wondering how feasible it is to fix that? Has anyone gone down that road or know anyone who does that kind of work? It's a good Delica, otherwise, so it's worth putting some money into.

Just bought one with a major rust issue. I have a steel fab shop and am looking for a moment to get it on a rack and start cutting and pasting. I'll take pics and document as I go.

Love to see your rust repairs pics. Luckily mine has no rust but I plan to keep it for a while so "never say never."

If you find a shop to do the repairs let me know. I was poking around tonight and saw a rust on the left frame rail just infant of the wheel. I used a screwdriver and was able to breakaway an area a little less than a couple of inches that went all the way through the bottom of the frame rail.
