Hello from North Carolina

Hello friends,

After six weeks with my new Delica, I'm finally getting around to posting. Say hello to what my wife lovingly refers to as the "armadillo." (Personally, I take a little offense. The only time I've seen an armadillo was dead on the side of the road.) It's our '94 P35 5-speed with approximately 37k miles. I'm still getting the hang of it, but am excited to take the family out for camping adventures.

Thanks to the this entire community. I can't tell you how often I've read through posts gathering tidbits of information from this group.

Welcome! I'm in Savannah and hoping for a trip to the mountains in ours. I'll hit ya up if and when we come that way.

Looks great love the graphics. I'm in the Raleigh area as well. Have you had any success finding a shop that will work on it?
 
Hey Mark...
I've had some really good luck with a diesel mechanic in Stem, NC—Joe Mangum. He gave it a good once over when I first had it imported and a couple of months back he replaced the timing belt. Although he had never worked on Delica's before, he wasn't afraid of the challenge and was genuinely excited to check it out. (and fair priced)
