Just to say publicly, Thanks Rio!

Just want to say thanks to @rio10912 for his work in making parts for the L300. I had gotten one of his replacement 3 pod back shells, front face, and inclinometer. After I went off road, the inclinometer seemed to break (making me in a nose dive), so I reached out to him to find out where I could buy a replacement. So, he gave me an Amazon link where I could buy the replacement, but then also offered to cover half the cost. Which I did not expect!

So, Rio! Thanks for being a stand up Delica loving dude!

I echo these comments above…

I’ve purchased gauge pods, got his dual pod to triple upgrade kit, inverter kit, some decals, and other bits…

I had an issue with my inverter and he swapped out the bad parts no questions asked

I have also enjoyed looking through his how-to/mod section. I was able to build my own lift kit with parts he suggested for considerably cheaper than one of the pre packaged kits.

Starwagon.info is one of my delica bookmarks that I visit on a regular basis.

Thanks Rio for everything you’ve done for our community!

I'll also add that I have one of his dual gauge pod housings he designed freshly 3d printed on my desk in ABS (first abs print... only took like 10 tries lol) and that's pretty cool that he just put that out on the interweb. I'm sure it would have been cheaper to just order it from him, but I had to try...

Well I better hop on the "atta boy" train. Since acquiring my Delica I have purchased a number of small parts from @rio10912 .
Always shipped fast and any issues or questions quickly answered. Definite asset to the site and experience of owning an almost 30 year old JDM van. Thanks again

I have to chime in here as I'm fortunate to live close to Rio and had a chance to stop over and visit him at his house when I was thinking of buying a Delica. Super nice guy with a ton of knowledge about everything Delica-related. He's also very responsive on the Delica FB and Discord groups and always willing to help out and answer the most obscure questions. When I was having some issues getting my car registered here in CO he was a HUGE help...I was in a bit of desperate straits when the van initially (but incorrectly) failed the state tech inspection. I sent him a text message and he responded in about 2 minutes and was able to help me out and get it resolved.
