L 400 bell housing leak

Hello I was replacing my steering tie rod boots and noticed oil drops on passenger side of bell housing to engine.is this a big job? What has to be done?

The drips I se are at the bell housing below the valve cover. I wiped the area dry as I could and saw a drip forming at the bell housing. I tried to tighten the bolts but all were tight.

I did a bit of research, I believe your correct, rear main seal seams Luke the culprit, I don't have an oil pressure guage on my rig, I have about 90 k miles on it.
 
If you take a white paper towel and match leak drips to a few drops off both engine and trans dipsticks you may get an idea of which is the source.
