Seeing if anyone has any solution's for us to get hands on an L300 we would want to remove the bumper and start the Metal Bumper design process. Likely 1.5 - 2 weeks, hands on the van .

Some design concepts we wanted to integrate:
  1. All steel or aluminum- start with steel.
  2. Full winch tray.
  3. Modular construction so it can be shipped common carrier. center section and two side sections, This wil be the concept for L300 and L400.
  4. Integrate moving inner cooler/ oil cooler up and protected behind the bumper with cooling slots.
  5. Ditch front turn signals markers and upgrade to LED lighting .
  6. Center 2" receiver .
  7. Integrates to flush out with stock body work as it transitions into stock sheet metal.
  8. Best we can do, approach angle with all this stuffed up in front .
  9. Robust skid plate that integrates and is stiff enough not to just deflect but stop you from carnage.

Below not our work lots of ways to skin a cat. Ideally we are structuring this to ship without freight. Not that that should compromise the product. I am sure some will be thinking "can you send us flats or some bent, and it may be a potential when we get further down this road.

See if the bull bar or upper tube look comes up in discussion. I really don't think we want it in the initial design but if we get requests to to add it may be a clean bolt on. no top side fasteners.
