Need to re-adhere delaminating door trim - specific products / techniques?

My drivers side door trim is pulling apart and getting worse. Wondering if anyone has dealt with this or something similar and can offer up a particular adhesive or tip for fixing it up

This is a common problem I believe. The polyurethane backing breaks down over time (happens with the horn insulating mask too) and the cover peels away from the armature. The last time i did mine, I used a hairdrier to bend the cover back into shape, After it cooled I gently pulled the cover away a little and applied a smear of artificial turf adhesive to the inside of the cover and armature and pushed the cover on again and applied spring clamps to hold it together until it set.

Yours looks like its coming off at the back which is a bit easier as there is a decent lip to clamp too, the front section is more of a pain as it tapers to nothing at the end.
