Hey guys, a newbie here and I will really appreciate your help. I found this Delica space gear located in Japan and I'm thinking of buying it. What kind of questions should I be asking the broker? Is the price fair? (12K USD before taxes and shipping). From the pictures, it looks like it is in good shape.

If that mileage is accurate, the price is fair... you'll be around $15-16k landed (unless shipping is still crazy high). Looks like it was in a fender bender and was repaired.
IMO, the biggest thing with the L400 is rust in the frame rails near the wheels.
