Rear brake shoes

Where can I source rear brake shoes asap? Megazip says they are no longer in production. Thx

https://www.amazon.com/Brake-Shoe-Rear-MITSUBISHI-MB699079/dp/B00B8Z2I8S.

I bought some of these and they were identical to the old ones on my '93. There's a little chart on that link that shows they fit P25 and P35 vans.

Also:

You'll notice the OEM numbers on those two links are not the same. Not sure what the difference is, so check the EPC diagrams for your particular van. DelicapartUSA has several brake components, and another, more expensive set of shoes also.

Thank you I will check them out.

It might be worth keeping your old shoes... getting them relined costs about the same as new in most cases. And at some point it may become the most viable option.

FYI i got the brake shoes from https://www.mitsubishipartsnow.com/oem-parts/mitsubishi-shoe-set-rear-brake-mr178823 I called the Mitsubishi dealer gave them the part # from Megazip they told me i can order it directly.
Did they say they have them in stock? If not, they are going to try to order them from Japan and will probably come back with "unavailable" in a week or two.

But MR178823 crosses to the 1996-2005 Mighty Max (L200/L400), and aftermarket shoes are readily available.

I looked at the manual looking for the front rotor thickness specs is this correct? I am not sure if they are talking about the pads or the rotor thickness. See picture… The brake pads are suppose to arrive tomm by 8pm. thx

That pic is for the rotor... and it does seem to be correct.

@sk66 @Sputnik The front pads that I have are the wrong pads megazip have these two part # for the front MR389547, MR389546 will they cross with other # that I can purchase in the US. I have already taken out my front pads, trying to get them asap. Thx

EPC says OEM part MR389526 fits my '93.

I Installed NAPA SS-7241-X awhile back and they work well and are a perfect fit for my front calipers.

My notes say O'reilly D349 might also work, but I haven't tried them or done any cross referencing to check.

If MR389546 are specced for your van, then maybe these are what you need:

The Napa might be correct but Amazone and the o’reilly are too big. I will look into the Napa. I also called karr automotive the other contact you gave me they said they have it and can overnight it tomm. Napa website say They have I can pick it up. I just need to make sure it is the correct one.Thx
