FAQ:

Q: How they hell did you guys get sliders for a 30 year old van?
A: About a year ago in the "Big Import Mega thread" you guys told us you wanted them, Since we couldn't find them used in quantity we started talking to glass manufacturers all over the world. Eventually we found one that had the original OEM specifications and we're told with a one year wait and a full container load minimum order of glass, the sliders could be ours. We were crazy enough to do it. A year later they're here.

Q: Which sliders did you get?
We have middle RH and LH as well as rear RH/LH.

Q: Do these need anything else to be installed?
A: The kits come complete with everything, you can pop them right in.

Q: Any other cool stuff in the order?
We got L400 and L300 windshields as well! And we have some frames without glass if anyone has good existing sliders but the frame has gone to shit.

Friendly reminder that DelicaPartsUSA.com is Good Karrma/KarrAutomotive and the team that operates this forum. We are not associated with DelicaUSA which is Michael Shmulevich.

Individual Brand New Sliders are $450/ea or $800 for a pair of two. Flat-rate shipping of $50/ea or $75/pair

Please be patient when ordering, it's just Monica packing these so we do our best to ship quickly but there's only so many we can pack per day.

You can order them on our Website DelicaPartsUSA.com in the body section, or if you know exactly what you want here are the links to them all.

Awesome! Does anyone know if/how I could add mirror tinting to match the windows on the rest of my van? Will cross-post on the main forum too. Thank you!

That’s what I’m planning on doing. Do you know what brand and percent tint you had? A shop should be able to get close in matching even if you don’t.

I don’t know, unfortunately. The van came from Japan like this. I do love the look of this exact mirror tint. Hopefully it could be re-created. If I find out from a shop what tint is close, I’ll let you know!

It might be easier to remove the old tint and have it all redone to match. You should talk to a shop first. The old tint on my van was really sun bleached so I ended up removing it by myself. I used a steamer and took my time. After that I brought it to a tint shop and got 5% suntek ceramic in all the rear windows, 80% on the windshield, sunroof, and crystal lite windows, and 15% on the front side windows. Tint is a necessity down here in Florida.

Has anyone received their sliding windows from GoodKarrma/DelicaPartsUSA and successfully installed them or have any instructions? The frame is NOT the same as OEM and they don’t seem to “pop right in.”

Just ordered mine this morning - should be here in about a week. Definitely interested in any instructions or tips. What seems to be different and keeping them from "popping right in"?

I also need a ventilation solution. A slider w screen or t vent would be ideal but this would do.
If anyone finds one they really like I can try to figure out what factory them come from and order a pallet.

is that corrugated plastic board and screen? I am thinking of doing something similar. would love measurements if you have them!

They are a pretty dynamic shape, dimensions wouldn't help much. It wasn't honestly hard to make them. Do a rough measurement, test fit, trim, repeat. Then use that one as a pattern for the other.

Are these still for sale? I’m interested in a slider for my 1991 L300. It’s a right hand drive.

Are you able to get the cargo sliders for the L400s? I also am looking for a left sided Rear Pop out quarter panel window With the hinges/hardware
