Inlet banjo goes where the copper washer/banjo bolt are in this pic.Can someone take a picture and circle where these inlet/outlet banjo bolts are on the injection pump? I can't seem to find them and I don't wanna start messing with things on a van that still runs fine.
Thanks sk66! The inlet screen was moderately clogged with little fibers and gunk, but I don't think enough to really cause problems. I'm trying to figure out my intermittent rough/low idle problem. Air seems to be getting into the fuel system some how. When I bleed my lines the van will run smooth for a couple hundred miles and then I'll have to bleed it again. I've replaced the fuel filter and I use a fuel additive (Hot Shot's Secret Everyday (stuff is like crack...in a good way). I've bled the injectors. So at this point, I think it might be the IP gaskets, or fuel leaky lines. Additionally, my A/C idle up wasn't working and I adjusted the linkage, but my engine is very unhappy with the A/C on and it seems to make the rough idle and low rpms worse. Any thoughts?Inlet banjo goes where the copper washer/banjo bolt are in this pic.
