I have a 1995 Mitsubishi Delica JB500 that we are completely remodeling. I am in desperate need of instructions for removing the factory windows in the living area. My hubby wants to cut the wall. Please tell me there is a better way!?

Yes, there is a better way...
If there are screws on the inside trim it is a "clamshell frame" typical of RV's... look on youtube for RV window replacement.

If it is a rubber molding inside and out then it is a "rope-in" gasket type. Typically the inside gasket is cut off and the gasket is replaced; but it is usually possible to use rope to get them out as well. This is the only how-to I could find easily.

Unfortunately, it isn't quite either of those. Here is the window that he hasnt cut out yet.20230126_114401.jpg

And here is what it looks like now on the other side of the galley

He cut the window out because it had been sandwiched in between the interior and exterior walls and filled with epoxy (?). All of the windows need replaced, I was really hoping that there was a simple solution...?
Thank you in advance, any advice is helpful!

That does look like a rope-in style gasket to me... just a lot wider. If the windows need replacing I probably would have knocked the glass out and cut through the frame/trim from the center. You can then "peel" and compress/coil the frame into the opening itself.
