Correct, sorry if I wasn't clear. I was on my phone running out the door. BJ spacers, allow for a little bit of added travel.Just to clarify... it is cranking the torsion bars that causes this; the BJ spacers do not provide any lift, and you need them either way.
To further expand on that, I know you know SK, but for the others… If we were to crank the torsion bars to get the lift, we would very quickly make contact between the bump stop and the upper control arm.
Adding the longer BJ or Spacer lifts the control arm a up little. This creates some space between the bump and control arm, buying you back some movement.
