@bbaker22 curious if you were able to get in and see what the cause (and solution) was for you? Do you think replacing the inner or outer weather stripping would help to reduce the window rattle?

Beer? Ok...that part I can handle! I was finally able to stop crying and start doing stuff again. But, more crying may follow. As for welding a nut or grabbing the core with a narrow drill chuck, the spacing is hard. I may try the stud welder. I previously tried driving it down to knock it...

Hi @paul3d did you end up getting the D35's? How did it go for you? Are they working well? I'm thinking about getting some myself but I'm also thinking about getting a wet battery that I can maintain instead and hopefully get a bit longer life out of it.

detroadster and others: I'm in the market for a dual battery set for my '92 Exceed and I saw you got the Optima Yellow Tops. From what I understand, AGM do less well over time when hot. Under the bonnet seems to get quite warm, especially when driving through the desert Southwest (as I plan to)...
