L300 Delica Starwagon -Wheel Width/Offset Specs Thread

After putting new wheels on the van, I realized how little information and reference there is out there for Delica wheel fitments. Would love to compile information in to a single place where people can share what wheel/tire setups they're running and how it looks or if there are clearance considerations on both the suspension side, or the sliding door side.

Template in case you'd like to contribute:
  • Wheel:
  • Wheel Size:
  • Offset:
  • Tire:
  • Tire Size:
  • Running spacers (y/n):
  • Lifted (y/n):
  • Notes:
And of course, photos of how your setup looks/fits are helpful too!

  • Wheel: OZ Racing Rallye/Flat Faces
  • Wheel Size: 15x8"
  • Offset: -5
  • Tire: BFG KO2 All Terrain
  • Tire Size: 235/75/15, a bit over 29" or factory sizing
  • Running spacers (y/n): No
  • Lifted (y/n): No
  • Notes: Wheels poke a bit both front and rear, but more so in the front. I have about 1/4" of clearance between the tire and the door. And about 3/4" of clearance to the front suspension. I do get some rubbing on the mudflap at full lock.

  • Wheel: August Feroce Big Man
  • Wheel Size: 15x6.5"
  • Offset: 0 Front, -3 Rear
  • Tire: BFG KO2
  • Tire Size: 235/75/15, a bit over 29" or factory sizing
  • Running spacers (y/n): No
  • Lifted (y/n): No
  • Notes: Factory width I believe (factory wheels may be 6"), with a more aggressive offset. On stock sized tires I was sitting just about flush with both the front and rear doors. Tires still had some bulge to them on a 6.5" wheel.

  • Wheel: US Wheel rock crawler.
  • Wheel Size: 15x8
  • Offset: -13
  • Tire: k02’s
  • Tire Size: 31”
  • Running spacers (y/n): nope
  • Lifted (y/n): yes 2” from delica lift kits.
  • Notes: A bit older photos but you get the idea. Slider door rubbed so I put the extended hinge on. Also had to trim in the front to not rub. Still do a tad at full lock and completely compressed.

  • Tire Size: 30x9.50
  • Running spacers (y/n): no

  • Notes: Mild rub on the pinch weld up front. I absolutely love these tires. They've been champs in sand, dirt, rock, and snow (they're 3 peak rated).

  • Wheel: Toyota Pro SEMA PTR20-35110-BK (or -GR if you want gunmetal grey).
  • Wheel Size: 17"x 7" wide
  • Offset: +4mm
  • Tire: Nexen Roadian AT
  • Tire Size: 245/70R17
  • Running spacers (y/n): N
  • Lifted (y/n): Y (torsion bars wound up a little, air shocks on rear.)
  • Notes: Full install notes and comments here, including alternative tyre sizes.
    TL;DR: Require 24x Toyota flat-face wheel nuts 90942-01058
require hub centric rings on the rear (106.1mm OD, 93.1mm ID). Fronts fit ok, but a 0.15mm feeler gauge between the hub and bore makes them more centred.

Ok you may have it somewhere on here but I've never seen your spare tire setup. do you have a thread about it or more info. I really want to get mine off of my roof

  • Wheel: American Racing Baja Polished
  • Wheel Size: 16x7.5
  • Offset: Forgot
  • Tire: 2017 Edition Cooper Discover AT3 LT
  • Tire Size: 235.85.16
  • Running spacers (y/n):
  • Lifted (y/n): FTS upper ball joint spacers, rear drop shackles, Dobinson Torsion Bars
  • Notes: Lots of cutting to fit. Most of it was rusted anyway so it worked out perfectly :)
The L400 has stock steelies on it, blasted, primed, and painted hot rod black which is kinda like a semi gloss. The tires on it are nearly 31" BFG All Terrains. Phenomenal tire!

So you have a source to get an extended hinges? For the sliding door?

This is a great thread, guys! Lots of help! I'm in need of new tires. Most of my time is spent on roads, but in autumn and winter, I'll be camping on a few beaches - sand and pebbles. I can't put any more height on my van, so the maximum tire size is 15". What would you recommend?
