Sunroof? Crystal Lite? So, for what it's worth, I paid a bunch of money and it got sealed up really nicely.
I woke up this morning after an overnight rain, and the middle of the footwell, on both front and back, are wet. it doesn't seem to have dripped from...anywhere (?). I didn't drive in the storm. The bottom of my rubber floormats are wet.
good question, no sunroof here. and no moisture on top of, only beneath rubber floor matsSunroof? Crystal Lite?
I guess this is worth a shot, can you give any more details? just where the gutter starts, in the very front of the van? Just put some a little sealer in there or something?I had pillar leaks which leaked down to the floor coming in from the front of the gutter. Cleaned, sealed and no leaks since.

Yup, or rust under the windshield. Either way, you should remove the windshield, clean the aperture and rubber seal, and reinstall. If water's getting behind the rubber there will be dirt too, and if you just squirt sealant behind the rubber the dirt will slowly grind through the paint and rust will start.I've got water coming in the interior rear view mirror and around the driver's side grab handle. Windshield seal leak?
One of my favorite tools. Here's another thread that has a more details on the gutter seams and other things to try: http://delicaforum.com/index.php?threads/wet-front-carpets-footwell-leaks.713/
I just did the corner seams on mine today, hoping it solved the issue. Luckily only had one screw I needed to drill out on each side, but it still took a while overall. The Vessel 980 impact wrench did help I believe!
You can get new door seals... I put new ones on my van to help cut down on wind/road noise.Water seems to be intruding on the sides and in the upper corners. The sides are due to water coming through at the bottom of the door, see footwell with hole picture. Is there any way of stopping this?
